Minimalist mirror in a rectangular steel frame
The DRAB mirror is an object that combines a steel frame with a glass mirror. It is an effect of the experiments with the inflated steel created with the use of FiDU technology that has led Oskar Zięta to create DRAB hanger and DRAB mirror.
DRAB mirror owes its name to its simple form that resembles a ladder (in Polish “drabina”). It is a minimalist object with an elegant framing that can be hung on a wall or leaned against it. In both arrangements it will add a pinch of elegance to every contemporary interior.
DRAB mirror is a geometrical mirror and a decorative object. Contrary to such mirrors from Zieta Collection as RONDO, TAFLA or OKO, the inflation effect is not so obvious in its case. The deformations of the inflated steel are subtle just as the slender vertical shape of the mirror. The delicate folds are highlighted in the convexity of this simple form.
The DRAB mirror can be used as a bedroom or bathroom mirror. It will also serve perfectly as the finishing touch in a modern or classical hallway or corridor. It is a perfect decorative object for private and public spaces such as hotel rooms and SPA parlours.
