TERMS AND CONDITIONS ZIETA PROZESSDESIGN SP. Z O.O.
1. General terms
The following general terms and conditions apply to the present business relation between the ZIETA PROZESSDESIGN SP. Z O. O. Moniuszki 29/2, Wroclaw, Poland and the Customer. Deviating terms and conditions by the Customer, even if they are known, are not integral part of the contract. The current and binding version of the rules can always be found on our website www.shop.zieta.pl.
2. Contract conclusion
The display of products in our online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. After entering the complete order data you place a binding order for the products contained in your shopping basket by clicking the “buy” button. The contract of sale takes effect with our order confirmation or delivery confirmation. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm the order. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions. The Customer does not have to be registered in order to make a purchase.
3. Prices and payment conditions
Full payment must be made prior the dispatch of the products, by credit or debit card, or by bank payment:

The prices displayed in our online shop include the legal Polish VAT (23%). Delivery charges of the products are not included in the price. Delivery charges depend on the weight and size of the products ordered. When ordering goods from shop.zieta.pl for international deliveries Customer may be subject to import duties that apply to your country and shop.zieta.pl is not responsible for any charges of duties, customs or taxes.
Prices for products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect contracts which have come into force. All personal contact information transmitted to us will not be shared, sold or solicited. In the event of late payment shop.zieta.pl is authorized to dissolve the contract with immediate effect or to suspend delivery.
4. Delivery information
Payment must be made upon the submission of your order. We may withhold the products or cancel the contract between us if the price is not received from Customer in full in cleared funds. The product will be sent the next working day after receipt of payment. We try our best to keep our webstore as up to date as possible. We will inform the Customer as soon as possible when the products are not directly available and give the Customer alternative options if possible. If the ordered product is not in stock, the average delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks from the order date. However, while ordering the limited editions’ products the production lead time may take 8 to 10 weeks. We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in the Customer order. Delivery time in Europe takes to 8 days, outside Europe by air to 11 days or by sea to 8 weeks.
5. Right of return
Should a product not meet the Customer’s expectations the Customer have the possibility to inform us about returning it by sending it back within 7 days. This period of time starts at the earliest with the Customer receiving the delivered goods. The Customer pays the return shipping cost. The Customer has right to return goods provided that the products have not been damaged or otherwise used. When receiving the order the Customer is obliged to check the delivery condition in the presence of the courier. In case of damage a proper protocol should be prepared in order to proceed further with the complaint. To avoid damage during a potential return, the Customer should please keep the original packaging until having reached his/her final purchase decision. The value of the goods (without delivery cost) will be credited to the Customer account as soon as the returned products arrive in our warehouse and have gone through inspection. The warranty period is 2 years and it starts at the day of receipt of the goods. The complaint is considered within a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery to Zieta Prozessdesign. This return policy is valid only for goods within the warranty period and for goods that are used according to the usage instructions. This warranty does not cover damage related to the use product such as scratches or scrapes on the surface of the product. Raw lacquer steel version products are designed to have an industrial look so they can have few scratches or rust stains on a surface underneath the lacquer and this complaint will not be processed. If the goods need to be returned, please inform us about this fact by email: email@example.com as soon as possible otherwise this complaint will not be considered.
